hey nineteen
Dearest,
I am nineteen! (It would be a waste if I don¡¯t keep such good memories into my diary. So here we go.) I had a great time at the glasshouse with my girls (: I had to say the glasshouse was a good place to hang out at. With the nice music, live singers, swirling light deco, good atmosphere. Many people celebrated their birthdays. I think I lost count maybe six?
I tried New York fish and chips and I like it. It was really cheesy much like the nacho cheese (a little mustard I would say). They served in such a general portion that I was full after finish the fish and my friends kept sharing their food with me. Jean¡¯s seafood pizza crust was something new, different from the usual crust. When I tasted it I would say it taste much like the Chinese pastry wife¡¯s biscuit crust (lao po bing).
Later Char came and she baked an oreo cake and wrote a letter for me (: Yes char you¡¯re the first to bake a cake for my birthday. Thanks Jean, Char, Joyce and Sab.
After seeing so many birthday splashes they decided to do it for me too, I was really shy about it. Especially standing up on the chair! (Oddly I was spared! So I just stood there happily holding the sparkles laughing away) But compare it to singing on stage live which takes a lot of courage. Thank you girls for singing for me! You guys rawk! I really appreciate it.
This reminds me Char was nervous when she heard about singing on stage but after being told that only two person can go up she was relief and starting munching on the fries, calamari, mussels and prawn. Hahaha.
They bought a Hans chocolate cake for me and we had a hard time lighting it up. I was hoping that we could eat it together but we are missing the knife and utensils! So I had to bring home it home, kind of feel bad about it.
Thanks a lot for coming and celebrating with me =D next time better don¡¯t write too specific things on the wish list =p
