grateful and much appreciated
Hello! I am so happy that I graduated from the training school, we had a simple ceremony. Luckily my leg muscles starts to feel the ache in the evening, I was worried that I would walk in with bad posture up the stage. The students were snapping photos like crazy! My mouth feels stiff.
I am very grateful to have such a good trainer. In a long time I have not met such a teacher putting so much effort into teaching us and imparting all of his knowledge to us. We greatly appreciate all the effort and care he has for the class. Being so strict and firm with us he make us well prepared and disciplined. Due to this reason, when he gives praises we know that it does not come by easily and we will appreciate it greatly. I am very touched by what he did for our class. In the past we missed out a lot, thinking that it is 'of course, they would do it' within their job scope, it is common for every teacher to do it. We did not understand that it was not a must for everyone to put their 100% effort and care into imparting their knowledge to us and when they do it is a privilege. (it is not a must for them to do it and when they do it is our privilege) He put in much more effort in preparing his lessons for us, the materials the videos and case study. In the longest time have I felt so much was being done for us and he does not get any incentives for the extra effort he give in for us. He could jolly well be the other type of trainers that just talk and do not care if you understand it and when the time is up and pack up and dismissal. Both types of teachers gets the same payout and stuff. For the one that care more, not only does he have more work to do but he has to worry and get angry with the bad students. (overall, our class is very disciplined and punctual, he praised us!)
Angel, cptc first lady lol, gave a very good speech. She said she was shaking when she was up there. Her speech was moving, I almost tear when she was giving the speech. And yes it was a memorable experience, it is not what we enjoy that counts it is what we did not want but we get it that is part of the experience and learning. Do it once and do it well. Also we work as a team, the meaning of team work is working together and it is not about working alone and snatching credits. Khw told us it is okay if we did not achieve the top and best results but it is putting our best effort and being truthful. The NP group had the cheek to complain about our bad housekeeping when they spoilt the kerosene conductivity probe and they refuse to tell us that information during shift handover because they do not want to get the blame. It was their trainer who revealed that information to us, if not all our sampling results would be wrong. Our trainer said 'just that alone show us so much about them, true nature.' Thank you for whatever we had, it is a blessing.

I take a quote from Sab – I don't know and I don't care. I should apply to my shit relatives. Some relatives of mine is disgusting, really show the true colour of human nature. Out to save their own ass, even when they know it is unfair and untrue comment is being made they keep quiet just to save themselves the trouble of getting into the conflict and saving themselves from making enemies.
