a very fine evening

After wandering around I finally spotted the place, they were seated at the long counter table, I hopped on quickly. Soft yellow lights filter through the overhanging ceiling lamps. Saw some new faces, MJ looks pretty intelligent, kind of resemble with my classmate (their nose and face shape). We were generally in cheery mood, Kath looks as radiant as ever. Behind me there were shelves of pasta, wines and fat slabs of cheese cubes in the chilled cooler.

Peter got us some wine, Lahore and fat bastards, I though it sounds pretty funny. Abby ordered some cheese platters and pizzas. The cheese was not too bad, I only ate the mild and medium ones and I do not want to choke on the blue cheese taste ever again! The other aged cheese looks pretty dried up and unappealing so we left it alone. Lol. I like the bread and crust crackers along with it, the taste becomes mild. I picked the blueberries and honeydew to wash the after taste. I ate duck breast, I like the garnish very tasty with the vegetable and mushroom. While HJ ate pork loin, the shallots looks nice. Remember her motto pork is good for you! Haha

Peter prepared a set of all about Christmas questionnaire, we went to groups of boys and girls. Honestly the questions sounds pretty alien to me, I have heard of it but I have absolutely no idea what are the answers. Luckily Abby and Kath could answer most of the questions. We joined arms to form a ring around the table with the paper crackers in our hands, when Peter gives the cue we pulled the crackers and it made a air tight POP sound. The body of the cracker contains a paper crown along with some fun toys & items as well as a little note. Everyone put on the crown, I was wearing the purple crown, we laughed at Peter. HJ thought he looks cute like a pope! Hahah it just stay perfectly fixed at the right angle on his head. I got a pink kaleidoscope with a joke note – Why dont you see penguins in Britain? If you would like to know, ask me for the answer (:

We went on with gift exchanging. Kath and Andrew seems to like the little game box we got for them. Andrew was flipping through the texts and showing Kath and Johan. Abby is my xmas santa. She gave me a very delicious smelling handcream that smells alot of chocolate bailey. I am relief that Abby did not come up with something funny!

Lol By the time we were walking over to the theatre for the play, HJ was flushed red and I look like a pinky. Peter and HJ said it look healthy! On our way back, we saw Fiona Xie at the same long counter table we were seated some hours ago.
